Typical penetration probes leave visible holes in the final product. iMonitor’s Ultra-Thin Penetration Temperature Probe is designed for measuring the core temperature of food products with minimal damage to the item under investigation while having very rapid response to temperature changes. Connected to iMonitor’s IIoT device, the ultra-thin probe automatically transmits the data to iMonitor’s cloud-based system. Simply connect to the IIoT device and probe the item to be measured.
